REQUIREMENTS
A completed Master’s degree in Social Work (LMSW), Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related mental health field
Availability to maintain a minimum caseload
Strong foundational clinical skills, with openness to learning and growing through supervision and consultation
Willingness to see clients remotely, in-person, or a hybrid of both
Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and trauma-informed care
Ability to work independently while being part of a connected, team-oriented practice
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability and willingness to engage in outreach, attend community events, and host workshops or groups to grow your practice and connect with and grow the Be You community

Hands On Supervised Clinical Experience: Receive consistent, hands-on supervision from licensed clinical directors with expertise across multiple therapeutic modalities. Be You Psychotherapy offers weekly individualized supervision as well as bi-weekly group supervision.
Flexible Scheduling: We accommodate your academic and personal commitments with flexible hours and hybrid in-person/telehealth opportunities.
