Stella believes in the transformative power of a strong therapeutic relationships built on trust, warmth, transparency and authenticity. Stella creates safe, judgment-free spaces where her clients are empowered to embrace their authentic selves and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and reslience.

Stella’s practice is trauma-informed and integrates a variety of evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions, to foster lasting positive change in her clients. Above all else, Stella works collaboratively with her clients to explore what matters most to them and set meaningful goals that align with their values.

Stella has extensive experience supporting the perinatal population, as well as those struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, perfectionism, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and stress management. Stella is committed to supporting her clients on their journey towards personal growth, healing, and a more fulfilling life.
