Group Therapy

At Be You Psychotherapy, we believe healing happens not only within yourself, but also in connection with others. Our group therapy sessions are designed to provide additive support—enhancing the work you’re already doing individually or offering a powerful starting point for personal growth. In a safe, guided environment, you'll find validation, shared experiences, and new perspectives, all while building meaningful connections with others on similar journeys. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationships, self-esteem issues, or life transitions, our groups offer a supportive space. We offer New York City based in-person group therapy as well as virtual group offerings. Read our blog to learn more about  the Benefits of Group Therapy

WOMEN’S GROUP

Group Therapy for Women is a  support group for women in their late 20s/early 30s. This group is for single women to find a community of like minded individuals and process this age and phase of their life together. It can feel really lonely as you are navigating these stages of life and it can feel difficult to connect with people you once relied on if they are in a different stage than you. Whether it’s friendships, dating, career or more, we all need people to connect with and feel supported by. This group is for single women who are looking for others who can relate to their experiences.
