Jillian Gura, LCSW

She/Her
Senior Psychotherapist

Jillian Gura believes therapy should feel like a space where you can be fully yourself—supported, understood, and gently challenged to grow. She creates a warm, collaborative environment where meaningful change feels approachable and realistic.

Jillian works with young adults and professionals who may seem like they have it all together but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck internally. Many are navigating life transitions, high expectations, or patterns that no longer feel sustainable.

Her work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, reduce overthinking and self-doubt, and feel more connected in their relationships and everyday lives. Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, clear, and confident.

Jillian’s goal is simple: to help you feel more like yourself again.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SELF-CARE TIP/WAY TO WRAP UP A LONG DAY?

My favorite way to wrap up a long day is keeping things simple and intentional. I love a quick “reset routine”—putting my phone away and doing something that helps me shift out of work mode, whether that’s a short walk or listening to my favorite songs or a podcast.

WHAT SONG LIFTS YOUR MOOD?

My go-to lately has been Golden from KPop Demon Hunters—it’s such an instant mood shift
