Molly Becker, LMSW

She/Her
Associate Psychotherapist

Molly believes in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, warmth, and authenticity. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their experiences and navigating life’s challenges with greater confidence. Molly works with clients exploring career paths, managing college-related stress, and helping them build confidence in decision-making and develop a sense of direction that feels authentic and sustainable. Molly works collaboratively with clients to better understand their experiences and identify meaningful ways to move forward.

College and young adulthood can be an exciting time, but it can also feel overwhelming as individuals navigate new experiences, responsibilities, and transitions. Molly’s approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. She helps clients deepen emotional insight while also providing practical tools to support coping and day-to-day functioning.

Molly’s goal is for clients to leave sessions feeling more confident, resilient, and grounded, and able to navigate life transitions, academic pressures, and relationship challenges with clarity and self-trust. She emphasizes aligning values with actions, empowering clients to feel more intentional and in control of their choices.

Education and Credentials

  • Molly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University. She then went on to get her Masters in Social Work from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service.
