WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SELF-CARE TIP/WAY TO WRAP UP THE END OF A LONG DAY?

I love taking a hot shower and changing into comfortable clothes to reset and create a transition between my workday and family time. Those relaxing 10 minutes help me switch modes and be present for the rest of the evening.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL CONNECTED TO YOURSELF?

Slowing down, journaling, and simple check-ins with myself help me to quiet the noise and come home to myself.

HOW TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE BOUNDARIES WITH FRIENDS
